Complete measure system cubit:

1 cubit = 18 in.

Truncated measure system cubit:

1 egyptian cubit = 18.240 in.

The complete measure system cubit is of no consequence because it is not either one of the two fundamental linear units of the complete measure system.

1 ft. = 12 in.
1 in. = 1/12 ft.

As you can see, the cubit is simply a divisor of the triple multiple of the foot:

(3 x 1 ft.) -:- 2 = 1 1/2 ft. = 1 cubit

The truncated measure system egyptian cubit is unique. It is the only length that is not multiplied by 1.216 in order to fit planetary measure. The reason is because it already has been.

1.216 = ((10 x 10 x 10) -:- 1000) + ((6 x 6 x 6) -:- 1000)
1.216 x 15 in. = 18.240 in. = 1 egyptian cubit

1/2 pace = 15 in.
1/3 ell = 15 in.
1 egyptian cubit = 18 6/25 in.

Because clocks & wristwatches are so small, it is impossible to cram the complete measure system into them. Even if you could, the marks would be so tiny that you couldn't read them. So where the complete measure system uses 60, the truncated measure system uses only 4.

but for standard purposes it's taken as:
39.2 F. degree
3.19 R. grade
96.02 C. grade
3.98 Ct. grade

What information do you have about the 'royal cubit', or 'king's cubit'? - I think about 20"?
