Has a unit of time equal to one-quarter second ever been used?

I ask as in a system where we use the units pound foot and quarter[second], g = 2.010878 feet per second squared (at 45 degrees, sea level). The corresponding force unit, which I call 'mark' (from the 1/2 lb units of the same name), is equal to 0.497lbf.
