Check out this forum. It doesn't appear to be a debate site, but one where someone asks hoe to convert units.

It's a well known site and most people here respectfully leave it alone - because it's a "factfinding" site rather than a "debate" site. Also, your style of extreme, insult-driven debate would not be welcome there as I'm sure most of their posters would not like someone posting stuff that'd put most right-minded individuals off the metric system for life.

There are several such sites that focus on conversion issues, imperial, customary, metric and various historic pre-metric units. All focus on understanding the units, not on debate about the merits, or pointless threadcraps.

Some of the questions are interesting and good questions about some obscure unit or conversion issue. Some, frankly, reveal a complete and profound misunderstanding of metrology, eg:
*How do you convert square meters to linear meters?
*How do you convert cups to pounds (or grams)? (expecting some universal constant and not identifying the material)

I don't know how representative of general measurement understanding the "dumb questions" are, but some people don't have any understanding of measurement. But the site is to help people. If you go there, either help by answering questions nicely, or shutting up (which is what I often do on the dumb questions).

Perhaps 10-20% of the questions are challenging enough to require at least a little research on Google, or in a reference book, and improve your own conversion skills.

I visit this site for years to see the metrological problems people struggle with. Most problems deal with questions metric educated people do not have to bother with.

You went there to try and learn a bit more about metric - admit it.
