Imperial is not a old person's thing

Just to enlighten all those who think the younger generation think in metric, RUBBISH!! I am 24 and think solely in Imperial as do my friends, younger siblings, their friends and 90% of under 25's I know. A Daily Mail article recently said that Km's would be introduced within 6 years when half the population would be eduactes in them. I was educated in them as is everyone now, but you ask them the distance between here and there and it will be 99% of the time in yards or miles. It also infuriates me when asking for a quarter of ham for example in a supermarket because of my age they do 250g. What I can't understand is though if everyone were to ignore the metric regulations and use solely Imperial the Trading Standards could not prosecute all of them and give in. So let's unite for the common good.
