Just received today, this good news that left-wing Lewisham Council has learnt from the amendnments carried out by ARM supporters 2 to 3 yeras ago (see previous threads on this board).
Yet another example of metric signs disappearing.
The message we received today from a resident of Lewisham was:

You will no doubt be pleased to learn that Lewisham Council must have been so impressed by the amendments we made to the blue width restrictor warnings on Wickham Road/Geoffrey Road last year and the year before that they have replaced them with official ones in English. May others take heed and follow...
