In Bridgwater there is a sign indicating the TIC marked up in metres. The sign is attached to a drainpipe of a private business and points out over the pavement. The occupiers of the building say the sign was up when they moved in. They have suggested maybe the Council owns the sign. Does anyone know the legal position?
