With respect what game were you at today?
"new players need time to gel" well thats difficult with the number of various team selections isn't it? By the time the team gels it maybe too late.
New strikers should have an immediate impact. Take Chiilingworth, Neil Harris, John Salako (Reading) and many others. They know how to hit the target, and do.
Time to gel?? No.
Its all got worse.
