Spurs Peterboro Leyton Orient amongst others, Winger released by Stevenage passed his sell-by date might do a job for us in midfield in the short term like to the end of season. |

He may well be getting on in football terms but over the seasons I have seen plenty of players considered past their sell-by in professional terms, come in and do really good things for the side they have joined, let's hope Scott falls into this catagory. |

the thing i,ve found with ex pros ,is some are lazy instead of trying they rely on there reputation, but if they really try they are an asset.hopefully he will be in the latter..... |

He was a decent enough player now a bit rolly polly played for Orient against Spurs last season and was one of a number of players released by Stevenage recently in a cost cutting exercise after their poor start to the season. He came on in a pre-season friendly at Milton Road. Doubtful whether Batch has seen him play recently though and unlike Collins does not come with a personal endorsement from our coaching staff. Some players have extended careers other hit the wall early. |
