Probably a 12 ouncer, or was it a six pack of 44 ounce King Cobras? I don't remember all of his proir offenses, but it seems to me that Fulmer has been pretty tough on Banks, so that he really doesn't step out of line. Getting on him for not going to class, and being late for practices, whatever. I really don't know remember what he was suspended for the Peach Bowl for. He has exercised bad judgement and youthful stupidity, no doubt, but I don't see any Miami type behavior out of the guy (Jamal Lewis might fit in that category now-but I hope not). As for partying in front of a place of business--good old rocky top shell station--, it might just of been the wrong time and place to hang out with the crowd, and they should have dispersed when the fuzz arrived. However, the police can be pretty confrontational and peckerheads (I know it's their jobs) in those situations, and I remember how easy it is to give a little attitude back. It is all part of growing up and I just hope he sticks around the campus and team. He probably could use football in his life to refocus himself, and the guy is one hell of an athelete.
