I agree with everything you posted and it was very insightful. I to am not a fair weather Randy stay/go fan, I still think we needed an experienced OC when DC left and Randy still hasn't changed that. Sometimes I feel a little bad when everyone including me is calling for his head because thats his (Randys) livlihood I know Randy has a wife and kids and he needs to get by especially since I'me sure he has a big Mtg and car payments by now but that stuff we have been forced to endure over the past 5.5 years has stunk man I mean stunk! but like you point out in your post I recall everytime the camera is on Randy he is thinking, talking to the players trying to coach his ass off you can see it and I'me sure he has to live it Sunday-Friday He wants to do a good job and I don't think it is lack of effort I believe it has been a combination of all of those things that you pointed out that kept Randy and the offense in la la land. To me I see the things probably different than most people. Others say wow we won we are so musch better than before, I say did you see how few mistakes the offense made QB snaps were there, very few penalties, poise on the o-line, very little jaw-jacking with the refs. This team looks business-like maybe Randy has everything to do with it maybe its just the personnell and you get the right combination every 7 years whether you mean to or not. I am not quit ready to crown this team yet though I love the VOLS but I am far to gunshy to get happy just yet, but I am enjoying watching UT look like a football team again. Looks like Randy took a lesson from bowden at clemson with that call the play at the line stuff. It sure made us looke like a bunch of dogs chasing our tales in the shhhhh peach bowl last year amd it looked like it might work here. Anyway hope it is still sunny after the florida game. P.S. We really need to kick Georgia's A#$.
