That must have felt good for you all last year when u got that extra half a minute to drive down the field for the winning field goal. I know, I was there and saw another game the Gators had won taken away, this time by the blundering officiating in the final minute 2 minutes. I still dont excuse Dallas Baker for retaliating and getting the personal foul call, but the clock still should have started. I forsee none of this being a problem this year. Coach Meyer is all about team discipline and has a good football resume unlike the idiot that was hired 3 years ago. With a real head coach on the sidelines again at UF, expect things to start looking like they did in the Spurrier era. Oh, and anyone wanting to know how Gator fans are reacting to Spurriers move to South Carolina, I have this to say: I was shocked at first that he would go to an SEC east team. But he still is our greatest coach of all time. I dont see S. Carolina being a threat in the east even with him. The bottom line is, he won't be able to compete with UF, UT, and UGa. UF hasn't lost to S. Carolina since the 80s at least and maybe even longer and we won't lose to them now. As for the Vols, your season will be basically over after September 17th, so enjoy the UAB game!
