This season was the work of inferior coaching. This is the chief reason we suck. NOBODY was a better player from last year. There never should have been a QB race - maybe Ainge would not be so screwed up now. Foster should have played more than Riggs. Briscoe should see much more playing time than he does now instead of Jayson Sprain, Robert Leastem and Chris Hannothing. This was supposed to be our BEST EVER LINE - according to Foolmer.

John Adams is right about one thing - nobody will remember the 1988 team as the benchmark for futility anymore. Just like the 1980 team, they will wither away in the memory of Big Orange fans. Instead, when things go wrong many years later, people will say "This is the sorriest crap I've seen since 2005."
