off hand i would almost say look at the notre dame roster. i haven't seen it myself.
tennessee doesn't have bad instate talent, -just not the same instate talent as mississippi, alabama, florida, texas. however, if you go on the other side of the state, memphis is busting at the seams with talent. a lot of those players wind up at ol' miss, or another team, that happens to be closer to mamma and daddy than ut knoxville. just remember that tennessee is almost 3 states wrapped into one because of it's geographic locations.
tennesses has talent, -it just doesn't all wind up at ut knoxville.
