i think tennessee would beat florida more often if the game were played later in the season. if i were florida, looking out for a chance to get into the sec title game, the number 1 team i'd be trying to take care of, during a normal year, is tennessee. that doesn't mean we are the best thing since sliced bread because you can still lose 1 or 2 sec west games and still have a chance of getting in. i just think in a scenario where you have less time to plan and scheme the advantage goes to the vols. i can still remember tennessee players putting in wicked hits on gator recievers, and florida still squeaking out a win. -you play that type of game later in the season and the advantage goes to the vols.
