Urbie Cryer did not invent the 1,2,3,4,5,6, strikes you're out. Infact....he has nothing to do with it other than to admisinster the policy...just like Fulmer. Both universities have policies in place to deal with these situations, and head coaches have no input to the policy. But the fact is...you're university deals with it by sweeping things under the carpet wntil it doesn't matter, then they act like they did not know...(see your dope smokers last season, and when they got dealt with). And, see how many times gator players get into trouble and later it was not their fault...simply a misunderstanding by the cops...after they have stolen , beat the crap out of innocent people, and beat up women??????
