I should have also mentioned Rich McKay along with T.Dungy. I should also have said "team develpment" when talking about TD and RM. Gruden and his GM(Bruce Allen) have created animosity in the locker room since they has been here.

This site is about the Vols, so I don't want to rant about the incompetency of Gruden. I will just say he would be about as effective as Charlie Weis(?) @ Notre Lame.

I don't claim to have the answer. I do know you can't keep doing the same thing over and over again, and expect a different result.

My lack of confidence in the staff is mainly on the Defense, but the "Captain of the ship" (ie CFP) is ultimately responsible.

I totally support our players, always have and always will. It is their develpment that I am questioning.
