ever faced a schedule where it was possible that he might lose any of 5 games out of a 6 week stretch. Today, how do you get everyone(even fans) up to complete that feat? Even if you are winning...the so-called fans will be complaining that the team was not winning by as much as Vegas said that they should(and players do listen to the whinning, and they do feed off of the positive energy of real fans)! Additionally, when Tom was coaching, teams could and did stockpile players.....Different time!
