stated that the QB that did the most to better his standing with the scouts in this game was... (drumroll, please)... Joe "2/7 22 0 1" Flacco. To quote, "... and the player who helped himself the most, WITHOUT QUESTION, Deleware QB Joe Flacco really proved that he can play with the big boys at this level. I was impressed with him all week. He reminds me a lot of a Ben Roethlisberger, big, strong QB, but deceptively mobile..." blah, blah, blah. The title of the segment was "rating the QB performance in the Senior Bowl," and he had just been asked specifically about the performance of the 6 QBs in that game. I don't care what the heck Joe did during the practice week; he couldn't run the freaking offense during that game... so exactly how does that performance help to move him up in the draft???
And again, he said nothing at all about Erik Ainge... or Booty, for that matter. He mentioned the struggles of Woodson and Brennan, sung the praises of Henne and Flacco, and discussed the status of 2 QBs that declined to attend (Ryan and Brohm).
