or an extension until the end of next season, 2009-2010. After hiring a new OC, no one should expect 8 wins until possibly next year. If at the end of that season, we have measureably improved... fine. If the team begins to click and rack up some consecutive wins including a bowl at the end of this year, then perhaps a "token" raise to all the staff... but nothing like Fulmer's gotten in years past.
