I have met a man here in Kansas city who feel that he can't be touched. He practices and teach a system called WING CHUN FUT, it a hybrid system of both choy li fut and wing chun. Visit this guy's site and give me your comments?

Any instructor that tells you that can’t be touched he is full of him self ,if I was you I will laugh at him and walk out, not to say he is not good maybe he is maybe he isn’t ,by telling you so it does not make him what he claims to be.

People ask me Bruce are you good? if I say I am good you might think I am boasting, If I tell you I am no good you know I am lying, baby you better shoot me before (to me that is a man of confidence)

OK, I'm with George all the way on this one! Anyone that tells you they can't be touched is either full of themselves, blatantly lying to you, or simply never coming within range to be touched! Avoid these sort of people like you would a plague! As for self training, please see my comments on your question below!
