I have emailed them two more times recently regarding acquiring the box set. I even told them that I would probably be ordering five or so sets. They still have not contacted me back yet! No, the form in the Dave Cox book is sort of "his own version" of the form. This is the original Jeet Kune Do kicking set developed by Bruce Lee for the L. A. Chinatown Kwoon. I have to leave for class now, but I'll get it emailed out to you later tonight when I get back home!

Two questions though. What is used to turn the body from photos 38-39? You can't just turn around in your stance as your alignment would be off. The only way that would work is to step out with the rear foot to regain your angular alignment.
Also, is "34 B" just a different camera angle from where you are in "34 A"?

A: It is simple a double pivot of both feet. I know that sounds strange, but that is how it is done. For the last few sets of kicks, you start from a more straight alignment. Remember, angular alignment is preferred, but not always possible!

A: Yes, exactly, thus the "A" and "B"! It is just to show you a better view of what is going on!

The kicking set was designed by Bruce Lee to help the students flow smoothly from one kick to another, develop kicking skill with both legs and also to teach multi-directional kicking. It is an awesome set, and a great workout to go through it!

I don't mind sending this to anyone who wants it! I have taken the six pages and put them on as a Word Document. You can print it out and have the whole set on one page! Just remember that this form is from a Japanese book, and they do things opposite from us! Whereas we read left to right, they read right to left, so the photo sequences are right to left!

I would also like to request the kicking set. Thank you. Also, for the spring arm for the dummy mount, what is the tube length that goes through the body of the dummy? Can this be made longer if needed?
I do not sell springarms expressly for mook jong mounting, because only the mooks that I personally build are suited for the arms. You would have to see to understand, but trust me on this one! Of course, I will sell springarms to anyone who orders, but with no guarantee that they will work in a pre-existing mook jong! If someone wants to order, then order away, but no promises as to it being used for anything other than what I have stated! I will email the kicking set now!
I also would like to get the Kicking Sets in Jun Fan.
I know there are 3 different types of Kicking Sets there are two which as about 20 Movements and there is one which has 60.
No matter which ?? Can you also send me the sets ??
In the book "The art of expressing the human body" on page 174, Bruce Lee had in his personal workout a "kicking set" is this the same thing as the "kicking form?"
