Hello Everyone!

I thought you would like to know that I will be teaching a high intensity trapping hands seminar this coming Saturday (15th) at the Hardcore Jeet Kune Do Academy in Oneonta, located at 205 2nd Avenue East (Highway 75). The event will start at 1:00 and end around 5:00 or a little after. The fee for the seminar will be $50.00 for members and $60.00 for non-members. After the seminar, anyone interested may come with me to the China Wok for dinner. Come on out and learn more about what trapping is all about, then enjoy a great meal and some good fellowship after the event! If anyone needs more information, please either email me or give me a call! I hope to see you there!

Hey Sifu,
Just wanted to say that I had a pretty good time at the seminar, and I think the other guys did too. Hopefully one day, I will become proficient at it. I think the stuff is awesome, and would definitely put someone at a marked advantage over the average guy on the street. I think against most people, they would be shocked by it, briefly. Then they'd be knocked out!
