Another question from my notes, Sorry. Quick step footwork is used for a fast advance or retreat. Then you have the 1/2 pendulum footwork which uses the same mechanics as far as foot movement but you are either swinging the lead or rear leg up on the movement as you would in the full pundulum. The quick step does not have the leg swing involved, but in my notes both can be classified under the same names. Is this correct or are they classified separetly. I can see the similarities between the two, other then the leg swings.
