Amazon says available May 1st, but today (May 7th),
it still says "pre-order."

Anyone know where to get it?

Hello Dick!

The final edit of the book didn't even go to the printer until late April, so I'm sure it will still be a while! It takes a while to print mass quantities of a book (and do it right), so we are still looking at least the end of this month probably, if even that soon! I was also irritated that Dave Carnell's "Jeet Kune Do: A Core Structure Training Manual" missed its release date! It is also going to be an excellent book!
