| After 3 weeks at gym this is my best.
Seated overhead press 170 pounds.
Forward raise (barbell at shoulder height)50 pounds held for 10 seconds.
This is the question, how strong was Bruce Lee.Everyone knows he could hold a 125 pound barbell at shoulder height for a while.
By estimateing what I did I would presume he could overhead press about 400 pounds.
Has anyone out there attempted or completed the 125 pound feat of SuperHuman strength. |

David Whitely is a Kettlebell teacher.
SICK strength....he is also a Southern Mantis practitioner and I have trained with a few times.
now he is a big guy (270) but his type of strength goes beyond his size.
Watch his video clips...crazy stuff.
I have a small kettlebell and am 'easing' into it.
great exercise
