How can I go about getting this therapy for my boys??

I am desperate and I dont know if I have a time limit before this treatment doesnt work. I know nothing about this therapy but, I need to find out more. HELP!!! I have two boys with Autism and if thing has a cure I want it. I am so tired of seeing them in the dark. It is breaking my heart.
