You might try going to www.planetfeedback.com, who will send a letter to the company on your behalf. I tried it when I was dissatisfied with Securitylink service and got very quick results (not really the results I wanted, but quick nonetheless). Be sure to mention how many autistic kids there are out there and how you are letting all of these potential customers know that they will not be made welcome at the Olive Garden!
