Skeptical about chelation...is my son a candidate?
by Judy M.
In a battery of tests we ran last year, we did a hair test(Great Smokies) and a Packed Erythrocytes test (blood). Connor was borderline on a few heavy metals, but nothing was in the high range, though a couple were close. Mercury was below normal range. However, in his blood, Tin was off the charts (high), copper was also high. And Zinc was very low(not unusual I am told).
Since it is usually the hair test that indicates long term exposure, and nothing was high, is my son a chelation candidate? Doesn't the blood only indicate short term exposure?
Anyone else have tin high in the blood and not in hair?
