First time using PE tracks

Hi,

I've just purchased the FV101 CVR(T) Scorpion model. This is the first time I've ever used photo etched tracks, and I have a few questions.

When I fold the tracks over on themselves, do I need to glue them?

There are 4 lengths of tracks supplied with the model, 2 for each side. How do you join one length to the other?
- Do you just butt joint them together, presumably over a wheel? (seems a very weak joint to me)
- Or do you remove the inner part of a link on one side and the outer part of a link on the other side, enabling you to overlap them? (will the track still be long enough?).

Thanks,
Mark

It's not necessary but with some glue inside You can get little bit more massive tracks.

These tracks are spare tracks (or You can add these to a lenghth when You need).

How to do this?  I can recommend small pieces of plastic over the folded track and to hide this construction under the wheels.
