I was just wondering what sort of excercise routines people do to stay fit for the outdoor activities they do? I'm needing to do something, but I'm not likely to pay money for a gym membership any time soon and I do get bored with walking about the neighborhood. What routine do you do to stay in shape, or are your outdoor activities the routine in itsself? Let's take rock climbing for instance - I'd really like to give it a go (though I have no idea where to start!), but I'm quite sure I'm not strong enough. Anyway, I guess I'm feeling a bit unmotivated mixed with a dose of restlessness. So motivate me! What do you do?
