Response to not one for trip reports

You are right about "the man". I read a book called "Your Money or Your Life" and it has an exercise in it where you figure out your TRUE hourly wage after everything is deducted that is required to have a job. It shocked me.

I have tried to align myself to a more simple life. Yes I do have a full-time job, but my wife chooses not to work. She probably has more aptitude for earning more money than me, but she takes care of our not-yet school age son. If things with my health stay well, I plan on "retiring" from full-time employment in 5 to 6 years to pursue other interrests that actually matter. We are writing our Obituaries every day we live.

I would love to climb with you either at Zion (which I've never been) or the City or anywhere in between. If you ever come back up to Idaho, let me know. I am not at your level, but I am super-safe and will climb everyday if given the chance.
