If you can be imprisoned for what you say just because it offends someone [like in Germany and Austria ... Switzerland?] that is equivalent to institutionalized lying in the way the university is lying when stating its "ostensible" reason for not allowing WIFI on campus.
Remember, right here and now, in the good old US of A, your prison sentence for committing a crime can be affected SOLEY by what you were THINKING (hate crime) when you perpetrated the crime. We are on the heals of Germany. Or is accepted institutionalized lying worse? I can't tell.

On another topic that we have just seen the tip of the iceberg on at the moment; allowing control of important ports to Muslims:
It is quite obvious that you and I will never be privy to the behind the scene machinations that are the real reason why this deal went down. Obviously(?), Bush's advisors and Bush were all sitting around hashing out the potential scenarios, weighing this against that, and with tons of information that we will never have and would not be practical for the hoi polloi to try and digest anyway. So all this not withstanding take a step back and look ....
THIS IS THE DUMBEST THING OUR DUMBEST OF ALL DUMB PRESIDENTS HAS EVER DONE. It is stupid on so many macro levels, there is no amount of micro stuff not known to us that can make up for this. If the Democrats can't make hay out of this one, they can't punch themselves out of a paper bag. (I fear) Even Hillary will be electable next election because of this.
Talk about critical thinking. That guy should dissappear into his ranch and let the country flounder without him instead of with him for the next 2.5 years. We will be better off.
