They've offered a challenge to scientists to help test the technology. They're taking the "it can't work, but it works... help us figure it out" approach. They
say that those who should know who have already seen it have verified that it works... but unfortunately these people aren't willing to admit this in public (happens a lot, eh?)
Anyway, still an interesting story, and who knows where the technology will go... I can't get my head around it, but maybe somebody here can give us a thumbnail of what's going on.
