PS --- for those who care, the jury is still out whether the newest version of my browser blocks the vile evilness proffered by network54. No doubt there are others who have come and gone from this site who figured it out right away that bad stuff can happen to your computer while logged on to this message board. My offer of a $150.00 donation still stands to buy equivalent software for PhACT to move this board to a safe haven. We just need an administrator. (not me).

evil that you see on the board? I use Firefox 2.0 with adblock and fiterset.g No problems with pop ups, pop unders or banner ads.

Programs that want to install themselves on your computer without your explicit permission. They then reside and collect data about your habits to be sent to them later.

It seems my newest version of Opera may be stopping this now. It doesn't change the nastiness of this site to unsuspecting people not properly protected. It actually should be a jailable offense for the owner of the site to support this type of nefarious third party software (third party because I'm sure they will deny complicity).
