Hi everybody !
This is my latest 1/48 work. Actually a collaboration with Robert Doepp, who painted the figure. There are still some touch ups to be made, but I would love to hear your thoughts. I am still thinking about the base for it, wheter it will be a scenic base or just a plain wooden base.

The unpainted StuG:

Here are some more pictures from the figure. It's a Mig Productions figure with a gaso.line head.

Thanks for looking
Sven

You could put that model on a potato sack and it would look great. No kidding! Dave

Sven,

Great model and fantastic build. The figure is absolutely fantastic. Your StuG is looking great. My favourite spots are the panels and the way they are faded . Congratulations for a job well done.
Send Robert my regards!

All the best to you both,
Staf

Hi Sven, i like it a lot, very well painted, i think you should use some mud and snow for the base.

Kind regards

fantastic finish

You have deffinatly done justice to Robert's great figure. I love the whitewash, and although a nice crisply chipped and vibrant white coat may look good this is the more realistic representation. As for the base, I would advise against a scenic base, I think anymore detail to look at would be a visual overload. Great model and figure guys

Great job!

Hi Sven,

It´s good to see that you´ve built a great home for the figure. I knew, you´d make it perfectly! I think it´s the best 1/48 tank so far. The bar is raised again. I´m afraid the figure is the weakest link of this project in the end!

Best regards, Robert
