Where is Madeleine McCann?

I'm curious to know whether any of the psychics here - or anyone else visiting this site - has had any impressions or feelings about missing Madeleine McCann. I read somewhere a few weeks ago that a British medium had flown to Portugal to help with the case, but I haven't heard any more about it. Why have we heard nothing from our top psychics - Zak Martin, Gordon Smith, Derek Acorah etc. - about Madeleine? Have any of these psychics offered or been asked to help?
