A good point that Hannah, but it would help if there was more co-operation from certain quarters. Its depressing to see leads not ein followed-up (apparently), only today comes the story of a distressed child being bundled into a car, the no. plate noted, only to be met with a shrug of the shoulders (allegedly). If everyday reports are not taken seriously then information gained by other means have no chance.
