Response to CNA TO PCA???? |
| Most Hospitals have a training program for techs. Usually about a six week course that gives you knowledge of the skills you will need to work in the hospital setting. In most states you have to work at least one eight hour shift a year in order to keep your CNA status current. You wont get this in a hospital. You will learn many more skills as a tech in the hospital than you would as a CNA in skilled nursing/long term care. |
