I recently left a job of 5 years with what I think are the best and hardest working CNA's ever! I had been there 5 years and a handful of them had been with me the entire time. I need some ideas on how to appreciate SOME of my special girls for CNA week in June as some of them had just gotten there and some just wern't as good or special to me.
