should I be concerned about being squeamish?

I'm thinking about a career change and am leaning toward health. I was thinking that being a CNA would be a good, low investment (and potentially rewarding) way to work in a health setting and to decide if this is something I'd want to pursue. I'd start my training in the next couple of weeks. My one concern is whether I'm going to be too squeamish. I've never been unusually uncomfortable by bodies and their functions, but then again I've never spent too much time up close and personal with them. I've changed diapers, I've cleaned up vomit on occasion --- but this was mostly for family members.

Did any of you have this concern when you first started? How did it resolve or not resolve itself? What was the reality? Does anyone know of anyone who ended up backing out of being a cna because they weren't comfortable with cleaning up other people's feces and other fluids?

Thanks!
