I agree with you. Nusres at the hospital are AWESOME and usually more times than not dont mind lending a hand when needed. A smart nurse knows when he/she has a good tech. The RNs at the hospital are not only much smarter and kinder than the LPNs in LTC but they just tend to care more about their patients. The Little Pretend Nurses (LPN hehe) that I work with in the senior community, most of them anyway, HATE when I brag about the RNs I work with at the hospital. Its a great way to knock them off of their high horse. lol.
