sometime back our bosses gave each of us CNAs small gift basket which was a coffee mug filled with little items we always need like pens hand sanitizer candy etc. The best thing they did was one of the supervisors took time out to thank each one of us. If you can not thank each person individually you could send a letter and the gift maybe you can deliver the letters and gift to each persons home so it wont be so awkward when you are around those that you don't know or like
