Took my state test this morning and I Passed!!!....I was so nervous but when I got there and was talking to the other girls I relaxed right away. I forgot a couple of minor things but I knew and I told the Nurse. It was so much easier than I thought it would be. Good luck to all the people out there getting ready!!!!....Thanks to all of you who replied to my messages.
I had Pulse and Respirations, Partial Bed Bath and Ambulate.
