Just ended FIRST wk of Clinical (sigh) OMG!!

Today was the end of week one for my clinical training. OMG! I didnt know how much I saw CNA's cussing and extremely impatient. Why do they apply for this position if they know they cant cooperate with the residents?

And the most frustrating thing is my clinical is at a facility filled with nigarian,jamaicans and ghana employees. I am assigned to different CNAs per day and for some reason I end up with nigarian CNAs. No offense but they speak wayyyy to fast and I find them extremely rude. For instance, I happen to walk down the aisle and heard a nigarian CNA say the F-word right in front of my teacher.

CNA isnt the job for me and I see how they get treated. In a few weeks acute cna class starts and lasts a month. Then I will be heading to the LVN program in Sept. 2008!!
