I agree. I've seen some places use QMAs as a med pusher then throw them back on the floor and they really dont make much more money than the CNAs. I've seen some places that use QMAs as the over night nurse on some units.
I am thinking about going for the QMA state boards just to have it on my resume. It could be fun.
