I was wondering if there was a thread for this. I've been a target of gossip and back stabbing. I don't know why, I've made an effort to get to know my fellow CNA's and the LPN's.
I find this tactic childish, immature and stupid. No wonder the turn-over rates are so high. Not only do they have to work with difficult residents (some of the time) they have to watch their back from those they work with.
Just because they have LPN next to their name doesn't make them a good manager. I'm older than most of them and they just enjoy the power of telling people what to do. Basically they're average sized goldfish in a very small pond. It's a power trip.
It's too bad. In the end it's the resident that suffers. |
