It seems we go through times where we are short-handed and then BOOM we have way too many aides to be on the schedule (however being there 3 plus years I have the most seniority on evenings). It sucks when you are short and it sucks when people are fighting for hours. It seems like there NEVER is a happy medium...I know exactly how you feel though!
