Response to NEW GRAD CNA WANT TO WORK IN HOSPITAL SETTING......HOW??

Hi there. I think it is totally possible for you to go right into the acute care setting. I did. After I finished clinicals, I was hired on in the acute care night part of our hospital. Just a thought that might make that happen for you is to look into rural healthcare facilities. They are always needing help and most always willing to train you to do the job. The hospital that I work at serves six different counties. I also float to the nursing home on occasion. Hope that is helpful for you!
