Hi,

I have a Yahoo Store and I'd like to promote it using Web 2.0, but I'm not sure how to go about doing it.

Web 2.0 seems to be about promoting yourself as an expert and authority in your field, but I'm not an expert on the products I sell. The products are quite technical and most of my customers would have taken a course in how to use them.

I have a couple of books on the subject and could research and write articles OK, but I don't have the ability to effectively use the products myself.

Could someone please give me some advice as to how I could position myself when promoting through Web 2.0 channels?

I've heard good things about Traffic Geyser but haven't tried it myself yet.

Allegedly it's great for Web2.0 / Video promo.

I've heard that the trick is to get the video to go viral & no one (from what I can tell) knows how to get that done- it's kind of like a movie I've heard.

It'll hit or not.

And no one knows why it does...just my opinion.
