(Login tony-can-do ) VR-1 Put in a set of solid lifters that have the metered oil hole at the bottom, and don't be afraid to put a good supply of moly paste on the bottom of the lifters.I wiped 2 cams in a row on mine and then found this site which really put me in the right direction for my next cam breakin,Remove the inners,I believe the moly paste is better than that liquid crap that most use,put eos in it even with break in oil,and prime the system.
